2. Event Registration and Payment

• Registration: To register for our events, you must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult guardian.
• Age Restrictions: No one under the age of 16 (or the appropriate age according to California laws) may register for an account or attend our events without appropriate supervision.
• Payment: Payment for event registration fees must be made through our designated payment processor, Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our refund policy.
• Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is correct when registering.

3. Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 14 days before the event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
• Cancellation by Organizer: If we need to cancel or reschedule the event, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund.

4. Delivery Policy

For event tickets and confirmations, these will be sent to the email address provided during registration. You will receive your ticket and confirmation email one week before the event. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any delivery issues.

5. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a physical product purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us for return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your event registration or subscription by contacting us directly. For event registrations, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event to qualify for a full refund. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Sponsors will not be allowed to cancel after the funds have been received.

7. Sponsorship and Donations

• Sponsorship Contributions: We welcome and appreciate the support of sponsors who contribute to our events. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, please contact us for more information on sponsorship opportunities and benefits.
• Donation Policy:
  • Sponsors who donate will be acknowledged appropriately at the event and on our website, as agreed upon in the sponsorship agreement.
  • Donations will be used to support the event and related activities, in line with our nonprofit mission.
  • Any donation that includes considerations (such as goods or services) of monetary value may be subject to deductions. The value of such items, along with applicable sales tax, will be subtracted from the donation amount before processing.
  • Sponsors will receive a receipt for their donation, indicating the net amount contributed after any deductions.
  • Sponsorship of our events does not constitute an endorsement of the sponsor's products or services by Roadmap Solutions. Direct marketing of sponsor products or services outside of the agreed sponsorship visibility is not permitted.

8. Sales and Promotions

• Discount Codes: From time to time, we may offer discount codes for event registrations. These codes must be entered at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotional Offers: We may occasionally run promotional offers or bundle deals for event registrations or merchandise. These offers will be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the promotion.

9. Event Management

• Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend our events unless accompanied by an adult guardian. No one under the age of 16 (or the appropriate age according to California laws) may register for an account or attend our events without appropriate supervision.
• Sponsor Responsibilities:
  • Table Attendance: Sponsors are required to have representatives manning their tables throughout the event day. This ensures engagement with attendees and effective representation of sponsor interests.
  • Setup and Teardown: Sponsors are responsible for setting up their booths before the event begins and ensuring timely teardown after the event concludes.
  • Event Presence: Representatives should be knowledgeable about the sponsor's offerings and available to interact with event participants during all scheduled breaks and sessions.
  • Signage: Sponsors must provide appropriate signage displaying their company name and logo at their designated booths. Signage should be professional and clearly visible to event attendees.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Code of Conduct

• Treat all participants, speakers, and staff with respect.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

• Responsible Use of Alcohol: If alcohol is provided at the event, you agree to consume it responsibly and in compliance with local laws. You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol, regardless of the event's provisions.

12. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By participating in our events, you assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you is limited to the registration fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Intellectual Property

All content provided at our events, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
