Normalize a friendly wave, not everyone wants a handshake or a hug. 3. Review your stand up routine. Some jokes aren't all that funny. LGBTQIA+ One size does NOT fit all when being an ally. We will talk about why that is! 4. You don't have to love gender neutral bathrooms, but you can understand more about why they matter. 5. Intersex people deserve to have unique space. 6. Wear a pride pin! It helps so much! Yes you can be a BIPOC Ally: 7. Black Lives Matter means Black Lives Matter. 8. Don't judge a person's ethnicity by their skin color. 9. Say Names Correctly. If you can say Supercalifragelisticexpialidocious you can say their name. 10. Redefine what Professional Hair, Speech Dialects, and Educational History looks like.
